DK House Sapporo is located at the central area of Sapporo city. We offer the tenants the unique opportunity to experience Hokkaido and Japan while sharing their culture and cultivating new friendships with people all over the world.

The tenants of 50% are Japanese. 50% are from overseas. There are some business man, office lady, student and tourist etc. We provide the opportunity to share language and culture with other residents, not to mention the comfort of their own private rooms.

We do not usually give discounts, and the regular rent is 40000 yen per month and 5000 in fees, but this year is crazy so we have a few rooms for half price, 20000 yen per month for rent and 5000 in fees for contracts if you stay here for more than 6 month.
