There are 4 stations and many bus routes in 10 minutes by walk. Shinjuku 7 minutes, Ikebukuro 3 minutes, Harajyuku 15 minutes, Shibuya 17 minutes by subway or railway.
And also this area is the top level of the ranking for safe towns in Shinjyuku ward. The house is in peaceful residential quarters, it will make you feel at home.
