The property has been renovated in order for tenants to be able to live in the house comfortably. Hankyu Itami station is a 7-minute walk away, and from the house it is 2 minutes to the convenience store and 6 minutes to a supermarket, sports club and video store. While the company is a touch inexperienced at running a sharehouse, they hope to grow and create an even better environment to live in with the help of their tenants.

Completely renovating an old house they have been able to create a comfortable environment with all the facilities of a newly-built property and a charming interior with its impressives beams. The design is the work of accomplished Kanto designer Takayuki Murakami and the house is filled with unique touches around every corner.
