Tiger House Ikebukuro[Sharehouse]
Close to Ikebukuro station, enjoy a shared lifestyle in the middle of the city!
Regardless of the time of day, people are always in Ikebukuro. Most people would imagine it to be filled with modern skyscrapers, but going down any alley will make you feel nostalgic. Tiger House Ikebukuro is located at the center of Ikebukuro. A building that used to be a restaurant is the base of this co-ed sharehouse. Upon entrance, many people take note of the western-style staircase. If you climb the stairs, you’ll find that there are many individual rooms. Each room comes equipped with a bed and an air-conditioning unit. The rooms also come with a large window to allow ample sunlight to shine brightly. It also allows for fresh air intake. Also, the wood used in the walls and the flooring emit a very pleasing scent of nature. The common spaces are equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machines, computers, and any other large electronics. If you’re living alone, the convenience store and supermarket, both located nearby, will be your best friend. If you have a bicycle, you can use the bicycle parking and expand your area of activity. Ikebukuro station and Mejiro Station are both a 7-minute walk from the sharehouse. Yet, the rent starts at 40,000 yen (+community fees). Luckily, there are open rooms.
