A lovely single family home sharehouse found in Narita

Located in a quiet residential area, pretty close to Narita Airport, is sharehouse ‘M-jelly’. This single family bi-level home is sturdy and reliable being that it is made of steel-bars and concrete. With a total of 5 members living like family, this house is recommended for first-time sharehouse livers since the 1st floor men’s section and 2nd floor women’s section is clearly separate. Further, the building manager that lives here too is a great ally in regards to cleaning and any problems you may have. The shared living room is spacious and very comfortable. The bulky sofa is so fluffy that the housemates can relax in it, and the tea set that is taken out of an antique Japanese chest gives everyone a sigh of relief. The kitchen, which is connected to the living room, is of a decent size as well. There is a giant fridge so all the housemates could go out, buy food and make preserved food together. The individual rooms of interest are 10-12 square meters in size, where each room has a big window letting lots of light and breeze through. Further, with a large storage area, and a place outside where you can hang your laundry out to dry, this place has all the perks like when living alone. The rent includes the common area fees (includes water and gas bills) which is both attractive and reasonable at 40000 yen. The convenience store is a 3 minute walk from the house. The supermarket is a mere 9 minute walk as well. There is bicycle parking as well so you can even ride your bike to Narita Airport with Narita station being about 10 minutes away. Your area of movement is sure to expand a little bit. Reasonable, convenient and reliable, is this lovely sharehouse.
