Being both Asia’s biggest entertainment district and Japan’s leading business district, Shinjuku is the city with 2 faces. Located in such a town that represents Japan, Shinjuku, is ‘J&F House Shinjuku’. The total number of people living here, including the building manager and the occupants of the 10 rooms, is 11. With such a warm atmosphere, it feels very much like living with family. The housemates come from all over so the interactions between them is refreshing. Using the common space that is unique to a sharehouse, you can learn about cultures or languages you’re not aware of, opening doors to a new world. Each room comes with an air conditioner, fridge, and internet access. Of course, the washing machine, large refrigerator, TV and kitchen, in the common space, are free to use. With a big department store nearby, you now can live the dream and go shopping on the weekends without even having to take a train. There is also a supermarket and convenience store, restaurant, 100yen store, and electronics store; everything you need is conveniently located close to the house. Further, to the closest station, Shinjuku Sanchome Station, is a 3 minute walk. Even the world’s best terminal building Shinjuku Station is a mere 10 minute walk. This means easy access to every direction. If you have any questions about the house, feel free to ask the building manager. With this house, all your worries about living alone in a big city, is sure to become nonexistent.
