A sharehouse that provides what everybody wants.

Everybody demands something different to each other. Living in a sharehouse is the same. You might want a sink in your bedroom, your own toilet or you might even want your own bathtub. This sharehouse is designed to answers those needs. The name of the sharehouse is mikan, meaning not finished yet, reflecting our constant endeavour to answer everybody’s wishes. The bedrooms variously come with a toilet, a bathroom and a sink. There is also a family room for residents with children. The flooring is produced from high-quality Japanese wood. As a new home, the rooms still carry a wooden aroma. Also, the communal kitchen is double the size of that in a normal home. Solar panels provide electricity and a pellet stove makes it a very ecological place to live. We think you will love it here. Everybody is different, but this is a place where you can connect with others at your own pace. With none of the loneliness of single living, we will keep on developing this mikan, this unfinished sharehouse to fulfill all your needs and dreams.
