The owner is a carpenter; he made the wooden tables and benches in the living room as well as the furnishings which make the rooms so warm and welcoming. This is a purpose-built sharehouse - washing facilities are positioned a comfortable distance from the rooms to maintain privacy. The house is designed for comfortable communal living. The entrance to the building has a high-security automatic-locking system. Residents can relax and feel safe here. The bright bedrooms all have windows providing natural light, and there is plenty of storage space for those bringing a lot of luggage. Finding space to dry clothes in sharehouses can be a problem, fortunately the owner has provided drying racks in each room to hang your wet washing. A kitchen with a counter joins onto the living room. While you cook dinner you can chat to your housemate relaxing in the living area.
