Musoushin

Musoushin is a ramen shop group with three locations in Kyoto. These shops are popular among local customers but in addition to them, their ramen cooking workshop held at Musoushin’s noodle factory in Gion draws huge attention from tourists. In the workshop, visitors can use professional noodle making equipment including a noodle making machine. After an orientation with an instructor, visitors knead, roll, and cut dough. After tasting three types of noodles of different thickness, participants will enjoy their own original ramen soaked in Musoushin’s special soup. After attending this class, you will be able to make a set of ramen and dumpling, the most beloved combination lunch in Japan, at your home.
