The tenants of 50% are Japanese. 50% are from overseas. There are some business man, office lady, student and tourist etc. We provide the opportunity to share language and culture with other residents, not to mention the comfort of their own private rooms.
We do not usually give discounts, and the regular rent is 40000 yen per month and 5000 in fees, but this year is crazy so we have a few rooms for half price, 20000 yen per month for rent and 5000 in fees for contracts if you stay here for more than 6 month. We have some discount price for just one month or 3 month staying. For more info, please contact me.
A manager who speaks English resides on the ground floor. He will help your staying. He and his assistant clean common area almost every day. For more info, please contact us.
