Start your new life of independence in this friendly Sapporo sharehouse
Sapporo Nijo market sells the freshest seafood caught all over Hokkaido. Right next to this market, often called Sapporo’s kitchen, is BUIE Gakuenmae. From the outside the building looks a little old, but when you go inside you see a fully-renovated interior with brand new furnishings and fittings. It is a wonderful surprise and contrast.
Communal space is covered by two rooms on the second floor. The first room is a very spacious kitchen, dining and living room designed to accommodate a gathering of more than 20 housemates. 4 refrigerators are supplied, as well as cutlery, crockery and cooking appliances. You can sit at a table or on the tatami mat floor, choose whichever you are comfortable with. At nighttimes, housemates naturally assemble here. It is always a warm and comfortable environment. The knowledge that if you come to this space, you will have someone to talk to is a great relief for people living alone for the first time. The other communal room is a study and book corner. It is like a meeting room, which any housemate can use freely. All washing facilities are fully-refurbished. The bath and shower, cleaned twice a week by a professional, are always immaculate. Various room types are available. Being able to choose according to your budget is a great advantage. Of course, beds, air-conditioning, tables, lighting etc, all the basic necessities are provided. The sharehouse is in a great location, just a 10 minute bicycle ride or a 20 minute walk from the centre of Sapporo. The bus-stop, a 2 minute walk away, provides access to countless destinations. Supermarkets, 100 yen shops, convenience stores, bars and restaurants are near the house making your life easier. Won’t you come and try life in this Sapporo sharehouse where you can feel safe and secure with lots of friendly housemates?!
