A 13 minute walk from Urawa Station, on one corner of a quiet residential area, ‘J&F House Urawa’ is a sharehouse that boasts a spacious clean interior. In all the 22 rooms of the house, there are residents from all over the world living happily under one roof. It is a sharehouse, but each of the rooms are the totally independent one-room types. The relatively large rooms have a toilet, bath, and even come with a kitchen so you can live life at your pace without holding back. Of course, the room comes equipped with home appliances such as an air conditioner and fridge, as well as furniture such as a bed and a desk. With this, you’ll be able to save some money, not having to buy new stuff when starting your new life. This house has the best of both worlds as a sharehouse and a one-room apartment room. If you choose to use the common space that has a comfy sofa and a large TV, you can mingle with your housemates, unlike when you live alone. Of course, conversations with people from all over are very stimulating. Slowly but surely, you’ll grow here; this place gives off those happy vibes. Starting with a convenience store right in front of the house, with a drug store and a post office within a minute, and such things as a family restaurant near by, it is very convenient. If you make your way a little further, there’s a supermarket that’s open till 1am, a 24hour McDonalds, Sukiya and lots of other stores that you can stop by if you get hungry at night. Access into the city from Urawa Station is fabulous. Don’t you want to try living a full, but relaxing life in Urawa?
